Hi all:confused:
I'm new here and hope that someone out there can help me out.
We have a 1939 ford two ton--old fire truck--that we are putting back together.
problem is it was taken apart some time ago and now we have a bunch of parts--specifically the front body sheetmetal--to put together.
lots of brackets and things not fitting the way they should.

Does anyone out there have a diagram or picture from an assembly or parts manual for the front end sheetmetal??

Thanks for your help

Sorry I don't have a scaner it's on page 350. Maybe someone here can chime in and send you a copy of the page. Frank

www.rasloto.com , this guy has a ton of 38 39 Ford truck info on his site. He may even have a pic of tour truck on it. He has about 500 links on there too. If you google or ASK.com 39 ford truck his site pops up near the top.

hi clem, or anyone else that can help me---my e-mail address is flambrin@toronto.ca
if you could please send me a drawing of the front body---fenders,rad frame, and where and how the heck all these brackets and items fit together.

Thanks

I sent you page 350 and some other materials. Keep on asking questions. There are several of us here on Fordbarn with 38/39 pickups. We'll all help.

Frank needs photos of big trucks' front end sheet metal assemblies. I have sent him some photos of my pickup. probably the braces are not the same.
