'31 Bumper with Side Mount Spare

[Hoogah]

Why would anyone think it might have a full width rear bumper depending on location of spare tires? . . .

Who can tell? But it's certainly OK to ask this question on the forum, surely?

And now the question is will a luggage rack fit with the rear spare tire? I have both waiting to go on the '31.

Answered my own question. Luggage rack OR spare tire bracket. Luggage rack will not fit with Ford rear mounted tire. So, I have a new luggage rack for sale 1/2 price.

It will fit,you just have to buy or make the extensions for it.
