Is anyone getting anything Model A Ford for Christmas ?

I don't know of anything that I'm getting.

Maybe we will find out on Christmas

I'm getting a correct, screw type jack for my 31 Rdstr, because I've been so good alll year long.
 
Don't realy need anything. Have family, am standing upright and above the grass! Also the old A is in good shape. What more could a person need?
 
Merry Christmas to all! My A got a moto-meter, i took a drive today and never did see the red line appear but i did have coolant spray all over my hood and windshield. Too much water in my radiator or might the meter be sealing the system??

I had the same thing happen with my moto-meter. When the temp does get up a bit, it does show red.

I have read that old Henry F use to say "Your don't need those xu$$z#2 things, you know when it is hot, it boils over".
 
Didn't get any Model A parts, but in today's mail I got a letter from Bank of America saying that I was preselected to recieve one of their credit cards, so I guess that means I can go out and buy all the Model A parts I want! :p

I did treat my self to a nice Christmas Album from Amazon, "O Holy Night" by 10 year old Jackie Evancho. This little girl has the most fantastic voice and you'd never guess such a beautiful voice is coming from such a young girl.

I teased my wife with the same thing. she did not see anything fun in what I had to say.
 
HOPEFULLY, I will be getting driver's side hinge r/view mirror to replace the one that was snapped off about a month ago when 4" tree branch dropped on car, luckily that was the only damage! Just hope it maches the r/side one I put on earlier this past summer.

Got a driver's side hinged rear-view mirror, Hemmings Calendar (model A), membership renewal to MAFCA and $$$$$$$ for new tires or a radiator core. "A" very Merry Christmas to all!
 
This was my first Christmas as a member of the Model A family and I must have been pretty good. Santa (cleverly disguised as my folks, my wife and my son) got me:

1. Model A Judging Standards
2. Model A Paint and Finish Guide
3. Lubrication Chart Poster
4. Restorer Magazine DVD
5. Book of service bulletins
6. A couple of replica old Ford signs for the garage

I am hoping the Easter Bunny brings me some Gunmetal Blue paint!

Looks like you're off to a really good start.

I wonder how the names of the Model A paint colors were chosen? My 28 Phaeton still has the original gunmetal blue on the firewall and under the seats. I sure would have thought it would have been called some sort of green.
 
Im getting a ford shop coat and some new rad hoses black with red stripe, also some new fuel lines,dash bezel,Tapered trunk,water neck and some new splash pans. I hope you all have a wonderfull holiday

Santa (my wife & her Dad) was good to me, a beautiful original '30-'31 center front bumper clamp, an original era accessory five flag holder for rad. cap and a NORS '30-'31 Motometer/flip top cap from Sheldon Greenland from the '60's, (it's a lot more accurate than what is available now!). I added to her San Diego County darries milk bottle collection.
 
Mrs. Claus was good to me.
