Gonna say complete stripped bare blocks in unknown condition cant be worth more than $20...Gotta be a reason they were stripped in the first place.

I fully agree. They were stripped and discarded for a reason. That, together with the fact that there are no main bearing caps makes them scrap as far as I'm concerned.
