31 Ford Winshield Wiper installation

31 Ford Coupe 5 window closed with visor.
Anyone have information on how /where to drill hole through windshield and cab to install 12 v electric wiper?
Windshield frame has slot but no drilled hole for wiper shaft.
Is there an angle or is hole perpendicular to windshield?
Any guidance on how to drill hole through the installed glass would be helpful?

i have a vac type but the holes are in the steel above the glass.three holes two for bolts and one for the wiper. and perpendicular to the windshield.
 
As Mike said, you should have holes, but no slots. Marco has good pictures (drawings) on his website showing the different hole locations for various years. They've been posted here, and can probably be found by using the search feature in the upper right on this site.
