Invention under headlight stand? 35-36

The area on my 35 pickup where the headlight stand bolts on is rusted through on both fenders. Is there a factory indentation there or not? I do not want to repair the area incorrectly. Pics would help. Thanks.

Although those are 36/37 fenders, I am pretty sure the dimple is the same for a 35...I have one '35 fender, will compare it tomorrow for you Van.

Thanks don, so there is no indentation for the stand, just a dimple for the hole?

Not a dimple as that would go down into the fender, its a raised flange.
