Radiator replace or something else?

SCREEEEEEEEEEM!

Thanks all guess we have beat this to death. :)
I am going to let it roll and see how it does when summer hits the 90's.

Take it to a "Local" shop and have your Radiator "Rodded out". Should have no problem. Lot cheaper than replacing if you don't have to.

"Entire trip fluid level in radiator remained constant. Never lost a drop"

For the distance you drove, if it were overheating or the flues were clogged, you would be losing coolant.

Barkley, Buster T. LIKES your NAME!
He tole me to tole you, "Backflush to git any rust flakes, stuck in the top uf the tubes, put in a 160 degree thermo-goody & a roofing nail in the TOP uf the overflow & send him the $$$'s you SAVED"

I agree I have done all I can do. It is a great looking truck. Recently we got into the brakes... OUCH.... new shoes on old feet!!!! Still sorting that out.

While my trucks looks GREAT I am learning that much was a bunch of left over swap meet parts that folks are dumping!

A man with one watch always knows what time it is.
A man with two watches is never quite sure.

If you aren't loosing coolant and its not steaming, why would you think its overheating, originally there was no temperature gauge.
