Bubbas ignition new year .........

Good news for sure! I've got a 47 dist that needs freshening up and those NOS Delco conversions sound great. I'll have to get me one of those as well.

I have never used your services but I have learned a lot from you and I Thank You very much for all the information that you have put out. Good Luck in your new venture, one of these days I will need you. Do you have a car or do you just mess with parts? Sonny

Happy New Year

does the 226 use the flat crab or is it the upright loadamatic?
The load amatic needs to use another distributor core and adapt the lower end for the distributor drive etc.
We have done a few but its a operation i have to have done down the street for the machine work etc. That usually takes extra time and money...
send me sonm pics of the distributor out of the engine.......use my jimlinder@juno.com email

Actually i do have a used wico mag for the Model A engine. I traded for it with some parts and ran it on the tester . I has output but crakles when ran , there is a plastic piece or two broken inside the mag. I dont know where i could get the parts to repair it...
Could be a deal as is i guess...
