From 1928 thru 1948 the window regulator springs would interchange as the shape was the same. However I have found the V8 original springs seemed to be a little bit thicker than the original earlier ones for the Model A. They are made in reproduction and will fit and will work even though they might be a bit thinner than your original. I have a few of the repros available at $4.95 each.
