Water Pump

I just swapped out a bad water pump on my 1970 302 engine. I did NOT remove the timing chain cover but I am concerned that, even though there appears to be four bolts that hold the cover to the engine, I may have compromised the integrity of the timing chain cover gaskets since all of the water pump bolts appear to also hold the timing chain cover to the engine. I'd just as soon stop here and re-do the job before I put the radiator and all the accessories back in if I'm gonna have coolant leaking from the timing chain cover.

Any thoughts?
