Valve seat cutter....

Got the offending exhaust valve and the other seven out of the block. Cleaned up the carbon and getting ready for new valves.

I got the pictured Neway manufacturing valve seat cutter today, hope to have the seats cleaned up this weekend and then lap the new valves in.

This kit is designed for the model T, Neway manufacturing, inc. is out of Corunna Michigan.

An older post but with recent updated photo's, got the new cam/bearings and adjustable lifters installed over the weekend. Also pictured is the NEWAY seat cutter for the T block.

.312 and .313 pilots inserted to hold cutter assemblies, start with 60 deg bottom angle then repeat with the 30 deg top and final 45 deg. Should get the seats finished this week and the valves adjusted.
