This is a "78* top shift Ford trans that has been machined to attach a BW R10 open shaft overdrive and nicely modified to clear the 60 starter solenoid. The mounting pattern is otherwise the same. The gears are '40s era, 15- 29 tooth with the later synchros which is the wide ratio, best for the low torque nature of a 60. I do not have the solenoid but it is the common short shaft unit of the '50s and '60s. The shift top has the correct 3" fork. I do not ship but pick up or delivery to many swap meets near LA.
