I own ‘25 roadster that came to me titled as a ‘22. I recently purchased a ‘27 roadster, that has been sitting for a few decades. My 22(25) has been quite a project. Since I got it, I have rebuilt the transmission, added a Warford transmission and Rocky Mountain brakes. I put an ANCO manifold on it with a rebuilt Holley NH carb. I drive it often and am an active member in the St. Louis Model T club, where I took on the responsibility of organizing the spring and fall tours.

My daughter (32 yrs old) owns a ‘23 touring that she regularly drives to work.

So basically you were wanting to reach out to a member with swap meet section items. It seems you already have the basics and driver experience down. It's always good to have others folks on the T section. I monitor all of the sections just to see if I can help answer questions.

Both my maternal and paternal grandparents had model Ts back in the day as well as other marks. I had several friends that restored model Ts back in my younger years so I've also had a fair amount of experience with various open and closed models as well as TT trucks. I gravitated to the model As myself but I still appreciate the simplicity of the Ts. They are easier to restore for the most part and don't break the bank too bad. They are a lot of fun to cruise around in.

I have a friend close that has had his 27 roadster for almost 5 decades. He has been a great mentor and source of information and locating needed parts. Being active in the St. Louis chapter has also led to many great friendships. Thank you for the offer as well, I’m always surprised at the amount of expertise is out there and how the community is willing to share.
