Unknown Rocker Moulding.

I have this single Rocker Moulding that I believe could be for 1955 and 1956 Fords.
It measures 79 Inches long, and both ends appear the same.
Can anyone identify this Rocker Moulding for me.

Hi mercman, mine are off my `56 Crown and I measured them today, ~ they're 79 1/2'' or 2 metres 20mm.. Stig

Mine being 1/2 Inch too short, they are not 1955-1956 Ford?
The mystery still remains.

I sold it over 40yrs ago so not sure, but I seem to remember something that looked like that on my 1967 Aussie Fairmont.

This Rocker Moulding was sent to me from the USA with a Rocker Moulding for my 1956 Mercury. That was back in the late 80's.
I believe that it is off a Ford, but what model is a mystery.
Because of the length, I believe that it would be too long for a Falcon Fairmont?
