The MAFCA website says “Now available for preorder“. They did not misrepresent anything. They have always said that it was a preorder.

MARC and MAFCA agreed on a date when the ads would go out, announcing the new book and agreed on a common price, per their contract.

The books will be mailed out as soon as they get to the office. They never put a delivery date out there, because printing and shipping to them are out of their control.

I plan to visit the MAFCA office in September and pick up copies for everyone in my local club, to save on shipping.

I go there to buy stuff. The gas for the 50 mile round trip is still cheaper than their shipping - even at CA prices.
You'll need to add 10.5% for the sales tax in Whittier - maybe their CC fee too, I've always paid cash.
I did the MARC pre-order with much cheaper shipping, no credit card fee or CA sales tax.


When it arrives, it'll be here.
 
I hope the new Judging Standards are not being made by the same guy making the two tooth sector shafts and two tooth worm gears, that they keep promising,( it seems like since the Nixon administration it has been so long) are 'on the way':p
