This is a link to a good web-site for As & Bs. I think it's called the Model A & B ford Duece Garage.

I doesn't have tudor info but there is some very interesting coupe body sill bub frame information that might give you a few ideas.

To do this you really need a good air rivet gun and heavy bucking bars. Old model A or Model T axles ground on the taper end to fit the rivet head work great. The gear end if the axle gives the person doing the bucking something to hold on to.

also it helps to use the cowl and the back piece of the origional subframe to set some factory dimensions on the width. When my dad and i changed out the subframe on my 29 phaeton we ye tackwelded in spots for the crossmembers and then used self tapping sheetmetal screws to secure everything to make sure everything lined up right. We used a complete subframe from a 2 door so i am guessing that you will be fealing our pain pretty soon. Don't be surprised when you realise they are different from old henrys.

I'm doing a full sub-frame replacement on a 29 Phaeton right now. Along with floor pans, seat risers, door skins and other body work. You might say the body is being rebuilt. I have everything off the sub-rails except from the front door posts to firewall. I should have been taking pictures but that's hard to do while your working. Taking measurements and drawing diagrams kept me busy. I'll try to shoot some from now on. Removing pieces from the rails is the dirty part. All sorts of junk, dirt and blasting sand comes out all over the floor.

I set the whole body on a frame and body jig to start. (The jig is adjustable since I do both Ts and As.) The old sub-frame will remain whole to use as a reference. After it's striped clean, I'll remove it from the jig and start building the new rails using the jig as setup.

Here's a shot of part of the sub-rail. I think this is the best looking part. The rest is worse.
