I might have went the Hard road. I used a 14" mill ******* file. hard plastic and filed a pile of plastic powder. Mixed it with Devcon epoxy.(use plastic same color of wheel)Then coated the wheel after sanding.Came out shining. Thin the epoxy with acetone. Or snitch the old lady,s finger nail Polish remover. Use it to thin the epoxy.Just do not get caught! Lyle
