Spring Perch Question (ignore the first one)

Is this correct? It looks like the ball is going to hit the spring when the car bounces. What am I doing wrong? (Sorry I posted this twice)

once the weight comes on should be ok , however be more worried about the shackles you have used , have seen a number of those ones break ,
