Sparton Horn Display SOLD
SOLD Fantastic Sparton Horn Display. This fully mounted demonstrator stand allows customers to hear signals under same conditions as though attached to car. Sparton dealers were furnished one of these displays with their initial order of a Sparton horn assortment.
I have had this display since 1970 and have never seen another one like it. Oddly enough I got it with a bunch of parts that came with a '31 68C Cabriolet I bought on the Eastern Shore in Maryland. Over the years I collected the horns for the display.
Had many chances to sell it, but never was ready to part with it until now. I'm 81 and it won't fit in the trailer behind the hearse.
This display takes a 6 volt battery mounted in the back. Each horn is then wired up through the individual horn buttons. The horns are all Spartons and in good condition, but they have not been restored yet.
The display weighs about 30 pounds, so shipping will vary on destination. I will pack it up well and determine actual shipping cost and insurance for the buyer.
