I bought this nice hats to my flathead and my Ferguson 1947 tractor, and plan to use the 7 mm black Packard 440 wires.
The hats is cool but very tiny.
Sparkplug is 11.5 mm and hole is around 8 mm so its 3.5 mm or 0.14" tight.
I don't think its just rubber is old, I guess other sparkplugs ?

Perhaps they are for the older spark plugs where the top screws off?
