I am looking for a source of countersunk rivets for a 27 Coupe door striker plate where it is riveted to the B pillar cover. Can't seem to find any and i need 4 rivets. Does anybody have an idea where I can get these. Doesn't seem to be a clear designated ford part anywhere. Langs, Snyders, other suppliers don't seem to have them.. any info appreciated.

Big Flats used to be the go to place but a person may have luck with Hanson Rivet Co. If you look at their solid rivet page, you may have to select print to see the whole page. They don't show soft iron rivets but they do show steel. Ford would have used a squeezer to set them so it was easy. Gun driving them at any size larger then 1/8" will require heating them with a torch to set them. If there is no access to the buck tail side them it may be easier with a blind type rivet but those are aircraft grade and monel (stainless steel) is the only non aluminum alternative. They are mostly all 100 degree countersunk types with some exceptions. It takes special tools to set them.

McMaster Carr may also have something that might work.

Yes Hanson Rivet was the place I found them. Good price but I had to buy 50 Rivets.. Not expensive. Quick ship I am happy
