Rebuilt '30-'31 style generator with Mike Hill's Electronic Voltage Regulator (EVR) installed. Armature rewound and tested. Fields removed, tested, rewrapped and rewired. New sealed bearing, wiring, brushes, insulators, oiler and terminal hardware. Body was media blasted and painted.
Refurbished and tested original Ford cutout.
Run on my test bench. It works perfectly and the EVR automatically controls the output current and voltage. No 3rd brush to adjust, it has been removed! See photos. I can email a video of it running on my test bench.
