Powerhouse stud and adjusting arm

I am looking for a good powerhouse stud and adjusting arm. This it the double threaded part that screws through the front timing cover and then, using a nut, fastens the adjustment rod to goes to the powerhouse. The arm is a thin metal piece with a hole in one end and a slot in the other end.
