power windows 58 Fairlane how remove switch

Need to replace front door glass on 58 Fairlane. Windows are electric how do i remove the swtich to get the door panel off? Can get the door handles OK but can't see how the switches are attahced.

Just a guess but the panel should come off and reach behind and un plug the switch. just a guess. Gerry
 
They do seem fairly loose, so that is a possilbity, any other ideas? it is definetly not the standard horse shoe clip. steve
