I got this years ago with a pile of T parts and was thinking possibly it could be from a TT truck perhaps? anyone ever see this style mount or know exactly what it came on? thank you for any info.
i was way off thinking these were off a truck, with the help of a member i found this style to be used with older vehicles with a rear luggage rack. pic here is the license plate frame mounted on a 1920's kissel.
