I designed a "pocket size" membership roster for our Model "A" Club. I used MicroSoft Excel for the list. The dimension of the finished list is 2" wide x 3.25" high and consists of 20 pages (the front and back cover plus 18 pages with 5 addresses on each page). This year we have over 100 members so I will need to add pages. It took quite a while for me to figure the placement of the addresses so that everything lines up when I cut the pages apart to staple them together for the final product. It turned out looking great. My problem is that each year our membership changes with people dropping out and new members joining so I need to juggle all of the names to keep them in alphabetical order which is quite time consumming. Is there anyone out there that has made a "pocket size" roster that is easy to manipulate when changes are needed? I could send my current list in Excel format if you would like to study it and make suggestions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Don/WI
