My favorite quote ( he worked for Delta Cam in Tacoma) was “if you want the oats after it comes out of the horse, go to Delta”! I think they may have parted company with hard feelings?! I actually have an Isky grind flathead cam that never worked, sent it to Pete and the reason was the sides of the lobes were smaller than the heel. No wonder it wouldn’t adjust.
I also remember him at LeMays open house years ago with the Boeing turbo powered 32. He was with the guy that built it and they were firing it up periodically. At that time LeMay owned it. He told me he was thinking about building one himself, but as far as I know he didn’t.
