Kit for rebuilding your Model A or B Oil Pump. Included in this kit are 2 new bushings, a new small gear, gasket and new gear on shaft. The difference in this kit as opposed to those the vendors offer is that this shaft has been turned down for better oil volume flow. The Ford Service Bulletins cautions that a turned down shaft may be necessary for adequate oil volume, especially for the "B" engine. Ford increased the internal diameter of the pump housing to solve the oil volume problem. This turned down shaft insures that your pump will supply adequate oil volume no matter which pump housing you have.
