Night Run

My car club did a night run last night. 120 miles of driving in the dark on shingle country roads and some sealed roads . The Model A performed perfectly but driving so far at night with original headlights is very tiring although a lot of fun . Of course the middle of winter here so also a little chilly. I found the sportslight very useful! -Karl

I did that run in 1975, in the late Tink West's '30 Roadster. Had a ball, that car ran like a Swiss watch, and could stop on a dime. I often wonder where it ended up.

Re: Night Run- for Kiwis

Bick Probably the same roads and not sure if they've been graded since ! Dave Livingston set it . Out via Marton to Hunterville then back via all the shingle roads to Cheltenam. Arrived at the Chelty pub just in time to have missed the Rugby Test -Karl
