I have a very nice functional column mount Red Ball Motometer. That means that when your car boils over a little green circle on face of gauge turns red. I have an idea you would know there was a problem before that, but it is cute. This is a nice looking unit, gauge face looks almost new. I buffed up the conduit so it looks good, and refinished the body. This has the shorter tube, and the bulb at end of tube connects to a bolt that replaces the left rear head stud. The original bolt was stretched so I replaced it with a grade eight. All in all a very nice attractive useful accessory. I have one on each of my two A's, and like them a lot better than the radiator mount motometer. Price is $245 plus shipping.
