need help to ID a truck part

If anybody has a Ford Parts Text that could look up this 61 Ford truck part...........it's a water pump pulley , two groove, Ford part number that is stamped on the pulley is C1TE-8509 F. I would like to know what engine it fits and what accessory it drives ( air or power steering) ? I have Ford parts books, but they don't cover the truck parts.

Apparently 292. But here's what Keith's site says. 8509 must be a number that refers to water pump pulley. I think the F must mean 292. The extra pulley can be for different things but Ford used a lot of double pulleys on higher output alternators.
