Yep, NOS, still has most of Henry's paint on it, but shelf wear over the 80 or so years has taken a little off here and there. The very light surface rust on the bottom is just that, whatever happens to exposed steel on a shelf. I thought about cleaning it up and repainting it, but why? It's for 30-31 AA which would be the most accurate application. It does have the reinforcement plate, at the spring center point, riveted as original. Same length and hole placement as passenger car, though the spring pocket is for the wider spring. Nice thing is it doesn't have any cracks, no gloppy welds, oblonged holes or heat stressed repairs. $90.00 plus shipping.
