 SUPER and i mean SUPER PICTURE'S ALL AROUND! Anyone who missed me At Hershey this year there's a picture of me on pg. 41 ready for your dart board...l.o.l. :D Hey Gary i'll enlarge it for ya... All jokes aside the group in charge of both the meet and this issue did GREAT JOB and covered everthing. And the Tribute to Al Lapore.

nice job pete:odid you miss on page 25 is a better larger picture of you:)i dont think we will need to blow that one up, it looks like the perfect size for target practice:eek:congradulations you have alot to be proud of, as does all the other winners also. ;)

[ MCH] Glad you had a knife with a screwdriver to help my friend with his Pierce Arrow:) .You missed me running to my trailer for a extra fire extinguisher that he also forgot for the Pierce so it can be judged. Ray said to say THANK YOU again ,to ya for the use of the knife. It was a beautiful day even when Timothy K. asked me to be a wheel chuck for his 1907 Model K if it should jump forward when he cranked it up. l.o.l..:p

I had to leave early for a party in Chicago for a grand daughter,
sorry I missed seeing the greatest show on earth!!!

Thanks for the nice comments on the magazine, :D

Helen Ehrenhofer does a wonderful job of getting lots and lots of people/A's/activities into Model A News. Hear! Hear!
As to the question posed about how to get the publication ... there really are three ways. First and easiest is membership. At $38 US, $50 Canadian, and $56 International, it is a shame for a Model A'er to NOT join.
Another way is to live long and watch the classified ads, eBay and swaps. A 25-year-old copy of Model A News can sell for anywhere from $2 to $20 for the early issues with measured drawings of wood pieces. Then, probably finally, you can borrow a copy from a Model A friend. Just don't expect pass-along reading to mean that you get to keep the magazine!

You can borrow one but joining the club supports the hobby which adds value to our vehicles. Did anyone ever wonder what the Model A would be today without the national clubs?

 Without the Model "A" clubs i guess the "A"s would be a metal can with Frank Miller nut loosener inside it.:D Or the can for BB Tuna or cat food. even a NEW FORD:)

One of the great things about the magazines is you have all the information for as long as you want. Same can be said of books. Lots of great information is available quickly on the WEB at a number of sites. A major failing with that as a source was just pointed out when Jim Mason shut down his great site. The WEB information exists at the generosity of an individual and may disappear without notice. With the printed copy it's yours to keep

Where else but at Hershey can you find a can of Frank Miller "NUT LOOSENER"
I spent thursday looking for a can of Ken Ehrenhofer "NUT LOOSENER"
What a great hobby.....LOL,
Great find,
Ken
As far as the National clubs go, I think there might still be a hobby but no where near as much fun because I would not have met all the nice people from around the world for the last 49 years. It has been wonderful,

Your right Jerry . How many times i pick up a issue dating back a few years just to read how to rebuild a part or study some body styles and colors and their restoration stories.

Timothy,, it was my pleasure to assist in anyway i can. Everyone had a great time there at Hershey. And thank you for bringing out a rare car for all to see. Everybody around enjoyed it. I would like a $1.00 for every photo taken of the 2 -1907 "K"s. l.o.l.
