The B pillar is the same, I believe on all 28/29 coupes. Maybe the B pillar is also the same for tudor's. I have a 28 special coupe. This doesn't look like the B pillar on my car. The first picture looks strange.

The Sport and Business Coupes Use the pillar like that and have the oval shaped tack holes to attach the top material just behind the door. The Standard Coupe and Special Coupe have a difference in that the top has sheet metal components for the rear quarter windows. The Special Coupes have the tack locations behind the quarter window for the attachment of the top material used on them. The Standard Coupe only has soft material on the top center where the Special has material over the top and down the back & corners. They all used the same belt molding around the back to cover the belt tacking locations.
Ford used mostly wood with some hard rubber for top structure on all the 1928 and 29 coupe models. The sheet metal was tacked to the wood structure where metal was used. The hard top coupes had more elaborate wood structure than the soft top coupes but they did all share the same quarter panels. The Standard Coupe had the full sheet metal rear section where the Special Coupe sheet metal was three pieces that all tacked on. The faux leather material and Hidem welting were used to cover all the tack locations.
