I have a few items I found while cleaning out the garage and basement.
ALL PRICES INCLUDE SHIPPING TO THE LOWER 48. IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE PRICE SHOOT ME AN OFFER!

First up are some original '39 Ford front shocks. I took these off and replaced them with some 'tube' shocks to help ease the ride quality. They are complete and were just removed two years ago. Since then they have been in dry storage in my basement. The two Zip-loc bags have some mounting hardware, shackles and bushings- I'll throw all of that in also. $100 for the pair shipped to you.

Also seen in the above photo is an old voltage regualtor. I was given this by the former owner. I believe it is new. I don't know for certain though. I can't imagine why anyone would have kept it if it weren't good though. If you feel like gambling on it let's say $10.

Next up is the old master cylinder from this car. I had a problem with the brakes on the car one morning. Later that day I put a rebuild kit in this master cylinder but the pedal was still garbage. When that didn't work I converted to a dual-chamber MC and disc brakes up front and the problem went away. I would rec. installing a new rebuild kit in this if someone wanted to use it or it could be used as a "core" to buy a new one with to save some money. MASTER CYLINDER IS SOLD!!!!

I also have the original rear shocks from this car. The passenger-side shock 'arm thing' broke on it. I looked into replacing these with some rebuilt units but when I couldn't get them easily I converted them over to 'tube' shocks. I wish I hadn't but that is another story. The one that is broken could possibly be welded and re-used or these could maybe be used as "cores" on an exchange for some rebuilt units to save you some money. $50 for the pair shipped.

Lastly is an oil pressure gauge that I also got in a box of miscellaneous stuff when I bought the car. It looks new and was still in the original box. I have not ever tested this so I don't know if it works or not. However, I don't know why someone would have kept it if it didn't work. If you feel like gambling $30 shipped to you.

I also have the front spring assembly. I would prefer local pickup but will ship if you want. It's very heavy though. $50 plus shipping!

I've been getting some questions about the front shocks. These were in regular use until about 2 years ago. Since then they've been sitting in dry storage in my basement.

I have been asked if they move freely. I went down and checked them out. At first neither of them moved. Then I tried gently 'working' one back and forth and it freed up and now moves about 90 degrees very easily. The other one still doesn't want to move. I had considered 'tapping' it a little with a hammer but haven't done it yet.

Maybe these would make good 'cores' for an 'exchange-for-rebuilt' kind of thing?
