Late '31 Shocks with large ears price reduced
Set of late '31 shocks, unrestored, 2 AC's and 2 CW's, hex head adjusters removed (to save you from twisting them off in the shafts). Shocks are not rebuilt, sold as is. Three are tight and I believe rebuildable, forth one has a loose shaft that may require a bushing reamed to the shaft size. These late shocks are very hard to find and they are well worth the effort to rebuild them. Shocks are difficult to rebuild and only determined rebuildable after disassembly. A rebuilt set of these shocks would probably be valued at $1600+. I am 86 years young and I no longer rebuild shocks. Too many other irons on the fire and little time to put those fires out.
Four hex head adjusters and a set of original mounting bolts included. One extra cover included that may better match the three others.
$295 plus $14.20 priority postage/insurance. Check or money order.
I will be advertising another set of six late shocks, but I know that all of those need bushings as the shafts are loose.
