Karl thought you might like to see your next real Ford, VCC had a run to the lake but not much snow, big turn out with 3 clubs attending even THE boys from geymouth made the 3 hour trip , They fed 162 folk at the lake hall, Not a cloud in the sky, no low snow but icy roads, no problem for the A,s that were there although Rodger & Kevin wanted back through the gourge before dark, Great day & hard to beleive its mid winter, :D:D:D:D

Mike , Started as victoria red like the wheels & we kept making it darker till we liked it years ago , like a Ford Maroon, The vehicle is LHD & i inported it from the Nevada desert 20 years ago, complete with bullet holes etc including one that was shot from rear ,through front deat & into fuel tank, I was told it was used in a hold up & shot up by the fuzz & abandon in Carson City, Pity never found out if the robber was of any fame , guess not, Is completely stock except took orig seats out & fitted Honda city ones which we like, kept the orig ones for Karl, Derek

Hm it's nice to be thought off -Rest assured if I buy another model A it will be a Vicky perhaps yours - its just a matter of how much I can spend . I see some nice ones on the MAFCA site from time to time . I have explored shipping and customs and seems pretty reasonable The only problem is knowing what you are buying. Photos and motivated sellers can be deceiving. And 12000 miles is a long way to go to do a prepurchase check -Karl

Karl, Its really easy to inport once you find the right vehicle & as Ed says get a local to look at it < I know of a vicky inported into ch-ch ,bought in AZ from dealer, onopening contain found from doors back was all tupperware? I know lots of MAFCA members in most states only to happy to help, Shipping you just mail Steve Curle Kiwi Shipping in Carson ( mainfreight) & job is done, Have restored 31 P?U due in next week, not for me but a local friend,so far its been easy, Derek.
