Has anyone come across an intake manifold (for a 8ba) that has had the small rails broken off? Did you mount the generator anyone? If so, what happened? Is it possible to use the generator bracket with a flat service? Thanks
I fixed a couple of these by arc welding a piece of 3/16" plate using nickle rod. Used a couple peices of aluminum to simulate the size of the generator... Cut off the extra plate after welding, you need the extra material for a heat sink... Karl
