I have a 1956 Ford Fairlane and I need to install the 60 inch front driver side door glass window run. There are plastic snaps on the back side that need to be pressed into the holes in the window frame, the other side is the felt and and stainless metal bead where the glass moves up and down into. My question is how do you line up the snaps and bend the run to fit into the corner of the window without kinking the stainless metal bead? Do I need to make a wooden jig the same size as my driver side window so I can bend the run into a 90 degree bend?
Thanks
