Help Clutch Pedal Went To Floor

The problem is the arm is "cranked" in the opposite direction and by the wrong amount so it is not just a matter of turning it over.

Your second post about the pedal locations made it clear....the clutch pedal in the RHD car is closest to the clutch housing....hadn't thought of that.....so the arm offset is the opposite...

Is this an original clutch release shaft arm?

Could you drill it to 1"in a lathe ?
