Generator/Voltage Regulator Service

I have a 39 tudor with original charging system: 6 volt positive ground. I am having issues with the charging system. Am looking for someone in the SF Bay area that has an old school charging diagnosing equipment that I can bring the system to for diagnosis. Any one suggest someplace, relatively local, that could handle this?
 
This is a fairly common type of service needed. If you were a member of your local Early Ford V8 Club, other members could direct you to where they have gotten good service.

He may not be local, but a member here "ndnchf" is the best there us with these generators. If it were me, shipping would be secondary to the quality of work provided.
