I don't think 50's Fords had a fuse panel. There's a fuse on the back of the headlight switch, one on the radio and maybe something else.
There are circuit breakers (photo below) in the main power feed wire under the dash, and for things like power windows & seats, convertible top, etc.
They can be spread around the car, near the item the power is for.
What have you got that isn't working?
