For sale are the later version of the cast iron sediment bulb. These have been restored by cleaning, bead blasting, cleaning (again), chasing all threads, bead blasting, cleaning, and coating/painting all of the associated pieces, and most importantly, a proper Japanning of the bulb itself. Japanning is superior to paint as it's 1) the way it was originally done and 2) cured by heat, creating a hard, chemical-proof coating.
These do not come with the filter; you will have to supply your own. Also, I have not tested these on my car (they're not easy to swap) so you still may have to make adjustments for them to work properly on your car.
I have seven of these ready to go. They range from satin to gloss in finish; your choice (judging standards is a "dull" finish, but I prefer the look of the gloss). No 1928 ones at the present time. I'm asking $95 plus shipping for each of these. I accept all forms of payment, MO, check, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and cash in person.
