F100-56 "Big window" Fordomatic questions.

Hi!
I am new to this forum and a very happy owner of the truck of my dreams.
It´s a F100-56 "big window" with 272 and Fordomatic trans. I am still pretty nervous because it´s not shipped yet. I am only prepering for paper work and will already need your help. I will need to confirm for Customs that this truck is in original condition and have low production numbers. I dont need proof but any documentations like car literature or opinions from appraiser or truck/car dealers from that era. I have been searching some on internet but would really appreciate your help. On f100central.com website I found info about 6200 "big windows" made and in a forum thread I found production opinions about the Fordomatic trans in 53-56 trucks as low as 5-10%. Can you please help me out here and give me some sources to look into. I hope you will understand most of my school english but dont hesitate to let me know if I am hard to understand. Thanks!

Yes, I need to have this information validated. I am going to explain for Customs in a writing about the low production numbers for a 1956 big window and fordomatic trans. but I would like to refer to a source of the information. Source could be a book or a statement/opinion from "expert". I would really appreciate suggestions. Thanks!

Go to www.f100central.com . It shows 6,200 "Big Window" trucks were produced. Contact them- maybe they can give you more info that you need.
