conv't top side rails

Does anyone know the measurements of the top side rails of 46-48 Ford convertible or know where this info can be found. Thanks

There are instructions and a diagram to make a jig with some measurements in the Ford Service Bulletins

Thanks Jim, But what I meant was the length of each piece of the side rails. They wear and sag. Thanks Rick

Not sure what you mean Rick, the rails are made of steel or cast and should only be out of place when wear occurs on the pivit points which are ecentrc bolts. There are adjustment bolts for each joint and if you are lucky the cast iron plates that anchor the cyl and pivit bar are still secured as left the factory. I will be glad to measure anything on my 47 for you.

The front channel measures 16 3/4 and the middle one measures 15 1/4 could not get could measurement on curved one over rear side glass. Anyone get anything different? thanks Rick
