Control arm bushings

Hi everyone. New guy here. Just started a 1955 Crown Vic Skyliner project. Need to know if anyone has a good write up on replacing the control arm bushing both upper and lower. Specifically the outer sleeves on the lower dont appear be be attached to the arm and did not come with new bushings.
