This is a 1928 p/u rear fender bolt inside of curved bracket.
I tried to post this photo in pm no luck. I shot this threw a mirror so the angles wrong but if you look close you can see the curved top of bolt looks and feels just like the fender bolt on the rear of my 1929 coupe
