I’m so impressed!

The latest update on the A printed engine parts. I have the crankcase breather/oil fill tube and cap, The intake and exhaust manifolds and the water outlet. I think after ***embling the manifolds onto the block that the exhaust needs to come down a little. The lofting procedure in Solidworks is a real son-of-a-gun to get the curve from the head transitioning to the curve of the runner.

Apparently there is a text examiner and it doesn't like the first three letters put together in the word meaning 'put together' so it exchanges them with asterisks.

Just a quick update on the progress of the 3D printed A with trans.
All the major structural components are finished. Items remaining, clutch, starter camshaft and valves. It's taken quite some time as tweaking of the part models has been necessary to get good fits. I made a stand for it to make it easier to work on without trying to hold it without snapping something off.

I'm very interested in the printed parts as printed I could do all the hand fitting and drilling and filing and sanding as needed myself.

Several of the last few internal parts for the engine, the starter bendix, the pressure plate and clutch disc. All that's left is the cam and valves but that's going to take some work to make the parts so they're operational.
