This came with my new 55.....

Don't think it's original to the car....

Handle and shoe are fixed...

I'm thinking it may be an accessory type...Pep Boys?

It may or may not be original, don't know. If it isn't and you want an 'original' one be prepared to pay out fairly big bucks, or spend a long time looking.

my 2¢ worth...
Bumper jacks only belong in the trunk, not under the bumper holding up the car. If you want to clean it up so it looks great and leave it strapped in the trunk for 'show', go for it. No one but a purist will suspect if it isn't factory original.
Find (salvage yard, craigslist, garage sale) a decent scissor jack from a mid/large-ish sized suv or crossover to keep in the trunk in case of a flat.

dmsfrr - here's my $0.02 for your coin collection. I (not the OP) have a nice car with wrong bumper jack. Also have an unused scissor jack. Donno about the OP but I'm taking your suggestion.

Some cars have fender to brake drum clearance issues and need the body raised to get the tire/wheel out from under the car. This can also be done with a scissor jack.
Changing a flat by lifting under a suspension part to raise just the tire/wheel a few inches seems so much safer to me than lifting half the weight of the car way above the ground on a wobbly stick.
