Big deal to me!!

Today, I got my very first 'free start' Took me completely by surprise, but I'm stoked!! Car hadn't gone for a coupla weeks. I pulled the external choke wire and gave it three pulls on the crank handle to prime it, jumped in, turned the key and it fired up and ran!! Probably old hat to all you 'veterans' out there, but a first for me. COOL!!

May be old hat but I still get a kick out of it. I primed a fresh engine today and when I turned the key on for first start after rebuild, it fired but didn't stay running. Cool!

Don't ever brag about it to a crowd and then try to show it. My red T did it very reliably many times but never would if I bragged about it to a crowd or friend.

I am still waiting for my first free start, I have witnessed one on a ride though one day. It was legendary, that was when I learned that they can do it. How cool is that? You must be sooooo excited!
